JOB TITLE: Head Grower / Farm Manager
LOCATION:  South Florida

Job Description:
The position is responsible for the management, planning and control of the company’s farm (Clewiston) consisting of 1200+ acres of mixed vegetable production from land prep through quality harvest.  The successful candidate should possess strong production knowledge of mixed vegetables.  Should be results oriented with a determined work ethic.
 
Job Requirements:
• Strong communication skills
• Computer Savvy
• Ability to manage assets – equipment, labor
• Knowledge of mechanical and agricultural tools, drip irrigation systems
• Knowledge of large scale agricultural operations with 5+ years of vegetable production and farm management experience
• Bilingual english + spanish is a strong asset

Education Requirement: Degree preferred or equivalent experience
