JOB TITLE: Shipping Clerk
LOCATION: Loxahatchee, FL
Job Description:
Clerk responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following; ships outgoing products, counts products shipped and checks against packing lists or shipping orders, recording any discrepancies, answer phones, check driver in and out when trucks are loaded. Lot out and pull orders for shipping. Prepares shipping reports and other related reports. Deals with customers, management and drivers on a daily basis. Must be able to perform other related duties assigned by Shipping Supervisor.
Job Requirements:
• Clerk should be experienced in shipping functions with a min. of 3 months experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Must be able to maintain files
• Basic data entry, FAMOUS
• Must be able to work 40 hours a week and overtime as needed
• Must be able to perform other related duties as required
Education Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent experience
Experience Requirement: 3 months
Travel Requirement: As needed
