JOB TITLE: Warehouse Supervisor
LOCATION:  Loxahatchee, FL

Job Description:
Qualified Supervisor will manage and coordinate daily activities of managers and supervisors engaged in receiving, shipping, storing, packing, maintenance, QA/QC and repacking produce; duties which include but are not limited to; training management in all aspects of the warehouse procedures in accordance with customers and managements specifications. Supervisor will inspect all areas of the warehouse to determine what daily tasks need to be accomplished. Fully understand operation of all receiving, packing, shipping, storing, quality control/quality assurance and repacking equipment and computer controls. Responsible for compliance with GMP, USDA, PRIMUS, HACCP and DOL standards. Perform other duties assigned by Warehouse Manager and/or Operations Manager and CEO/COO, and as described under MANAGER which include; coordinating safety meetings, production reports and working in liaison with Accounting, Payroll, Human Resources and administration as needed.
 
Job Requirements:
• Supervisor should be experienced in all aspects of the warehouse functions with min. of a degree or equivalent experience.
• Manage the following departments; shipping, repack, packing, receiving, maintenance and quality assurance/control staff
• Strong organizational skills
• Must be able to maintain files 
• Basic data entry, FAMOUS, Piece Worker and ADP
• Must be able to work 45 hours a week and overtime as needed
• Knowledge of compliance with USDA, OSHA, PRIMUS, HACCP, DOL and GMP standards.
• Must be able to work with all levels of staff and team building
• Must be able to perform other related duties as required

Education Requirement: Degree preferred or equivalent experience

Experience Requirement: 5-7 Years

Travel Requirement: As needed to different locations, GA/FL/TN, etc.
