JOB TITLE: Sales Assistant
LOCATION: Loxahatchee, FL
Job Description:
Assistant is responsible for assisting appointed salesmen on daily activities. Responsibility will include but is not limed to; invoicing, accounts payable, order input, process paperwork for Salesmen approval, troubleshooting, accounts receivables, developing relationships with customers, answer phones, sorts and files documents and performs calculations. Follow up on outstanding accounts. Analyze and produce various reports for Salesmen.
Job Requirements:
• Assist Salesmen
• Experienced in accounting, bookkeeping procedures or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills
• Must be able to maintain files
• Basic Data Entry
• Interaction with customers for collection
• Knowledge of software - Windows, Famous
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines
• Team builder
• Must be able to work 40 hours a week and perform other related duties as required.
Education Requirement: relevant work experience
