Emil recently joined Trophy Transport in August of 2011, and brings a combined 13 years of produce and transport experience with him.  Emil graduated from UF with a degree in food and resource economics, specializing in agricultural business management.  Emil is an expert in potatoes, onions, apples and a wide variety of other produce commodities.  A native of Miami, his produce career has taken him all over the country.  If you have an opportunity to meet Emil, don’t forget to ask him to see the photo of his pending world record African Pompano, which he harvested while freediving.
