Jeremiah will tell you that he isn’t satisfied unless he gets the job done.  Results are what matter.  “If I get the job done it makes me happy.  If I don’t, I’m tougher on myself than anyone else.  That’s probably my time serving in the Army coming out,” he says.  After serving in the Army, Jeremiah was in produce sales before joining J&J in 2007.
